What brand of machines do you service?
Sew Sew Studio proudly sells Janome, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, and Brother sewing and embroidery machines and sergers. If your machine has earned a spa retreat and just needs annual maintenance, the technicians at either of our Northeast Georgia locations will be happy to get it running in top form! However, if you're in need of a repair, each location has specific offerings:
At our Bogart location, our technician can clean and tune machines from a variety of brands, but specializes specifically in the repair and maintenance of Janome and Elna sewing and embroidery machines.
Our Duluth location is able to offer specialized repair and maintenance on Husqvarna/ Viking, Pfaff, and Brother machines, in addition to the basic service of other machine models.
What is your standard turnaround time?

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my machine in for service?
No. If you need to bring your machine in for service, you can just drop it off during our regular store hours. When your machine is finished and ready for pick up, we'll send you a text or email to let you know.

When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time that you bring in your machine for service.
How often do I need to service my machine?
We recommend that you service your machine once a year to ensure that it’s always in good working order.
