Frequently Asked Questions

What brand of machines do you service?

We are a Janome-exclusive dealer. Although we specialize in servicing Janome and Elna sewing and embroidery machines, we are all-inclusive and welcome all brands. However, if you have a non-Janome/Elna machine that is experiencing issues, it may be better for you to take it to a dealer for that brand because they will be able to offer you the best price on any replacement parts. But if your machine is working perfectly well and is overdue for a much-needed spa visit, feel free to entrust it to us!

What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is about two to three weeks, although this may vary depending on the season of the year. We know that’s this is a really long time to be without your machine, but we do have a loaner program. To learn more about this program, please call us at 678-661-0201.

Do I need to make an appointment to bring my machine in for service?

No. If you need to bring your machine in for service, you can just drop it off during our regular store hours. When your machine is ready to be picked up, we’ll send you a text and/or give you a call, and you can pick it up at your earliest convenience.

These are our store hours:

Monday - Closed

Tuesday - Saturday - 10:30 AM to 6 PM

Sunday - 1 PM to 5 PM

What is your pricing for service and repairs?

It varies, depending on the machine and the kind of service that it needs.

General Clean & Tune Service
If your machine only needs a general clean & tune, these are the prices:

• Basic machines - $80.
• High-end machines - $100
Combo Machines - $120
• Multi-Needle Machines - $150

Repair Services

There is an additional charge for machines that need a service repair and/or replacement parts. These prices will vary depending on the parts that it needs, but we will go over these charges with you in more detail once we’ve taken a closer look at your machine.

How do we know if your machine is a higher-end model? We look to see if your machine has a couple of features. Most of the time, if your machine has a thread cutter button, that is our first indicator that it is a higher-end model.

How often do I need to service my machine?

We recommend that you service your machine once a year to ensure that it’s always in good working order.
