Machine Service & Repairs
What machine do you have? Janome, Brother, Pfaff, Viking, Bernina, Babylock, Juki? Is it an older model, like a Kenmore or Singer?
No matter which one you have, we’ve got your back!
Our service department at our Duluth store is at your service! Bring your machine to our store and get it serviced so that it can be in tip-top condition.
We’d be happy to give your machine a full-on spa treatment, or, if it’s not feeling 100%, we’ll take a close look to see what’s causing the issue. To bring your model in for service, all you need to do is stop by at any time during our regular store hours. (Please scroll up to see our Duluth store's hours.) We’ll take care of you and your machine!
These are our prices for a general clean and tune service:
• Sewing Machines and Sergers - $169.99
• Long Arm Quilting Machines - $169.99
• Single-Needle Embroidery-Only Machines - $209.99
• Combo Sewing and Embroidery Machines - $209.99
• Multi-Needle Embroidery Machines - $499.99
There will be an extra charge for repair work and replacement parts.
