Sew Sew Studio is GROWING! We are thrilled to announce the EXPANSION of our Bogart store!
Our Bogart store has seen tremendous growth over the seven years that we’ve been in business, and it’s now busier than it’s ever been. Earlier this year, we started entertaining the thought of expanding to better meet the needs of our customers; when the opportunity arose to do just that, we jumped on it!
- Where are we going? -
We’ll be expanding into the space that is currently occupied by our neighbors at Twisted Moon Studios. (They, in turn, are moving to another location.) This new space is only three doors down from our current Bogart store — not very far at all! If you are an OG Sew Sew customer, you’ll probably know that this space is where our original business started — it's truly a full circle moment. ????
(Yes, the picture above is from 2018 before our grand opening. We’ve come a long way since then, and we can’t wait to show you everything that we’re planning for the new space!)
- Are we closing our Bogart store? -
NEVERRRRR!! The new space is an ADDITION to our current Bogart location. Our Bogart store is NOT going anywhere, and it will continue to offer fabrics, notions, and machines.
- What can you find at the new space? -
CLASSES! We are transforming the new space into a dedicated event studio, where we’ll host all types of classes and events. Quilts, home decor, accessories, bags… you’ll be able to create it all in this creative space! Bigger groups (such as guilds, homeschool workshops, Girl Scouts, and other creative groups) will also be able to rent out the space and make it theirs for an entire day… or for however long they need!
- Anything else? -
The new space will double up as a service center. Our fabulous technician, Ken, will now be servicing machines on-site.
- When is this happening? -
We plan to open the new studio space in September 2025. It’s only weeks away!
Your tremendous support makes all of this possible. Never in our wildest dreams would we have imagined an expansion of our Bogart store, but here we are. This expansion will help us take what we’re already doing and make it even more extraordinary—we couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities ahead of us!
