Private Lessons At Our Studio!
Whether you want to learn how to use a machine or are interested in making a special project, we invite you to book a private lesson at our studio!
In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll meet with one of our instructors and explore any topic of your choosing. Each session is $40 per hour. After attending your first lesson, you’re welcome to book another one or join one of our regular sewing classes. (Click HERE to view our class calendar.)
- Why would I want to book a private lesson? -
Sewists opt to book a private lesson because they want to explore something new and they don't see that we're currently offering a class on that particular topic. Most of the private lesson requests that we receive are for machine familiarization, in which a person is completely new to the sewing world and would like to understand how their machine works and/or learn how to sew so that they can jump into their first project. After attending a lesson, these sewists go on to attend their first sewing class and the rest is history! Alternatively, sewists sometimes want to make a specialized project that requires extra time, knowledge, or detail than what we can offer in our regular sewing classes. A private lesson is the best way to achieve that project.
- Book A Private Lesson Online -
Private lessons are available at our Bogart and Duluth studios. The easiest way to book a private lesson is to sign up for a one-hour session online. Both of our studios have several slots available each week to accommodate the most popular requests: Sewing 101, Machine Familiarization, Introduction To Garment-Making, Machine Embroidery, and more. Read the descriptions below to find the private lesson that will fit your sewing needs and schedule. If it’s a good match, click on the link under each instructor's description to sign up online.
