Quilting: Beginner: Three Part Quilt Top Class ~ Irish Chain
Join us to make the classic Irish Chain quilt top. You can stick with the classics or make it modern like Julie did for our sample by using surprising fabrics like batiks!
This class is a great beginner intro into more detailed designs. You will learn about choosing fabrics, cutting and organizing pieces, piecing squares, and putting the top together!
By the end of the third class, you will have a fully finished Irish chain quilt top! It will still need to be quilted and bound after this. If you have finished a quilt before, you will already know this process. But for those who need to learn, we offer a monthly quilting and binding class that you can sign up for.
You will need 3 yards of background fabric and 5 fat quarters of contrast fabric. These can be purchased at the shop for 20% off or brought from home.
