BOGART: BFF Slumber Party - KIDS' SUMMER CAMPS 2026

What is summer break if not the perfect excuse for late-night giggles with your besties?

At our BFF Slumber Party Camp, campers can bring their favorite stuffy, doll, or special toy companion as they sew all the accessories needed for the ultimate sleepover, every night!

During this fun-filled camp, students will create:

• A one-of-a-kind pillowcase
• A cozy sleep mask
• A toy-sized sleeping bag for their favorite companion
• Slippers

Each project is designed to help young sewists explore new sewing techniques while building confidence and creativity.

As they make each project, campers will learn and practice:

• Threading a sewing machine
• Winding and inserting a bobbin
• Choosing the correct stitch for their project
• Adjusting speed and stitch settings for best results
• Following step-by-step construction techniques
• Building precision and sewing confidence

This camp is perfect for kids who love being creative, enjoy hands-on projects, and want to grow their sewing skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Materials
Most materials, including sewing machines, are provided in this camp.

Please send a towel with your camper on the first day of camp — we’ll use this to create their slippers.

Experience Level
This camp is suitable for beginners. No previous sewing experience is required. Kids will learn everything that they need to know about using a sewing machine safely during their first day. 

Ages
We ask that kids be at least 7 years old or older to attend this camp. If your child is younger than this age, they may struggle to keep up with the camp's projects.

Additional Information
Please send a small sack lunch with your child every day. We’ll have a break midday so that kids can eat and get a little fresh air.
