Beginner-Friendly Drawstring Project Bag

This will easily become a beautiful piece because you’ll mix-and-match favorite prints to feature on the top, middle, and bottom base; using a sturdy interfacing, the bag will have a firm structure, adding to its professional look. In the lesson, we’ll make the large size, which measures approximately 10” H x 6.5” W x 3.5” D. It’s a quick, beginner-friendly project, so you can try out the two other sizes at home (small and medium) without any trouble. Fabric
• 1/2 yard fabric (main exterior)
• Fat quarter (bottom base)
• Fat quarter (Drawstring channel)
• 1 yard fabric (lining and internal pockets)

Interfacing & Twill Tape
• SF101 interfacing - 1 Yard
• Peltex 71F - 1 yard (Optional, but recommended for bag structure)
• Twill Tape - 2.5 yards (Must be .25" in diameter)
